Previously, Phoxman has taken part various voluntary activities in Ghana at National Service Scheme and Otuasekan Rural Bank Limited, most recently as Communication Director of African Youth Empowerment Center. He has also worked as Analyst and Broadcaster in the Ghana Media Industry; As Marketer; promoting the popular African Xchange Travel and Tours; Ag. Nsuatre Traditional Council, focusing on new Business Development and Chieftency Administration; and Marketing intern at Kwamanman Rural Bank Limited.
